We have performed a Level of Effort analysis to quantity SCDI’s internal human resources allocation based on its internal activities and the programs its is implementing. The analysis was coupled by an extensive landscape analysis in the field of CSO development, legal framework evolution, donor trends and marginalized groups identification in Vietnam. The ultimate of this assignment was to support SCDI’s team in developing their next 5-year strategy based on hard evidence on their internal functioning and the evolution of their environment.
